Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies

You will need: Directions:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter and allow to cool.
  2. Place contents of large pouch in a large mixing bowl. Add the butter and beat with a mixer, then add the egg and beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips (clear plastic packet) and chopped macadamia nuts.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with wax baking paper. Drop onto sheet by rounded teaspoonful two inches apart.
  4. Bake in batches 8-11 minutes until golden brown rotating pan halfway through.
  5. Remove sheet from oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
